Job Description:-
- We are looking for a technically strong but also innovative strategic SAP CRM leader to manage the production support and road map with executive management to effectively
leverage CRM to its maximum potential.
- Responsibilities will include functional support for SAP CRM Middleware, Business Partner, Sales, Activity, Loyalty Management, Campaign Management and CRM Service. .
- Familiarity with Fiori for SAP CRM (Account, Contact and Activity Management) is needed. Demonstrated ability as a master data analyst will be a definite plus as well.
- Additional skills required include good understanding of the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C – Sales and Service) as well as basic understanding of the Hybris Marketing module.
Prior configuration experience on the C4C sales and service implementation is highly desirable.
- The role will be responsible for the delivery, support, improvement of processes and functionality within Federal Mogul Motor parts organisation, utilizing latest technology and
SAP system solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To deliver projects, provide support and complete enhancements to our current and future CRM solutions.
- The position is for an SAP CRM and C4C Analyst with strong project experience who will deliver robust, standard SAP solutions & provide expert advice by gaining a solid
understanding of root cause issues.
Job Responsibilities:-
· Collaborate with members of the Business Process Integration groups (Sales and Marketing; Supply Chain; and SAP Projects) to design solutions
· Project Management responsibilities over the IT Delivery team
· Collaborate with other members of the SAP Global Delivery Group to implement and support solutions
· Configure CRM modules as required for SAP project implementation
· Possess strong coordination skills and a cooperative approach to problem solving
· Document business requirements; functional description and program specifications of the business solution in the CRM area.
· Build and test system solutions, including creating formal test plans, test data and using a formal testing tool to log results
· Build template solutions
· Confirm with the Project Manager, Business Process Integration group and/or end user that the solution meets the business requirement
· Provide support and/or consultation on any production application in the CRM area of responsibility
· Report on status of all work assigned
· Work with software vendors and external application resources in cases where the business solution requires it
Essential Technical (SAP) skills:-
- Minimum of 5 years experience configuration and implementation of SAP CRM solutions
- Experience with Fiori
- Experience with CRM Web UI configuration , AET and transaction launcher
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of the integration points with other Key modules – ECC SD / BW / Hybris / PI / APO
- Understanding of CRM data model – key tables and structures
- Capable to debug, run system traces and understand the results in both ABAP and BOL layer
- Automotive industry experience – specifically relating to document and label standards
- SAP ABAP experience in writing Technical & Functional specification documents in Sales, Service, Marketing and Reporting modules.
- Excellent SAP technical expertise (SAP certification preferred)
- Extensive integration and regression testing experience
- Implementation and/or support experience in a global environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work with multiple SAP environments
- SAP ECC6 experience is highly preferred
- BW integration (CRM Extractors) knowledge
Essential Analytical Skills:-
- Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
- Experience working with a very formal change control process
- Ability to review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development
- Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model.
- Primary point of contact with the business to define, gather, refine and prioritize business requirements. Conducts interview, analytical sessions and workshops to determine
end user requirements. Identifies the need for existing software enhancements versus purchases of additional software to meet business requirements.
Academic Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
· Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is preferred
· Minimum 5 years of SAP work experience, some of which was in a global environment
· Ability to effectively work in a team where other team members may be located throughout the world
· Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· Ability to travel internationally – up to 15%
