Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development  
Develop work plans and lead project teams responsible for managing programs with varying levels of complexity. Independently manage, plan, design and develop multiple or large complex programs. Responsible for all aspects of program management including strategic planning, needs analysis, content development, evaluation, data analysis, vendor selection and management and contract management. Utilizes significant expertise in these disciplines to successfully support teams and overall program management goals.
• Leadership Development
o Serve as a knowledge leader and subject matter expert on development and assessment of enterprise leadership skills and capabilities. This includes participating in organization diagnostic efforts and contributing to the development of current and future leaders identified for Talent programs.
o Educate leaders at all levels with the skills and behaviors necessary to function in a leadership role.
o Analyze current state environment in relation to strategic business goals and apply leadership best practices to learning design solutions.
o Consult and provide feedback to enterprise leadership on individual and group performance.
o Facilitate leadership workshops and courses.
