Position: Oracle ATG Team Lead,
Memphis, Tennessee

Required Skill: Oracle ATG
Description: 7 to 10years of hands on e-Commerce industry (Oracle Commerce / ATG ) experience
Candidate should have proven experience in advanced development practices and techniques in retaile-Commerce with emphasis on reliability, scalability and reuse.
Expertise on the ATG platform including one or more of the following - BCC, CSC, Search, CRS, Endeca
Practical experience implementing ATG with associated automated testing practices such as unit, integration point, durability and resiliency
Experience one or more application servers (WAS, JBoss, WebLogic)
Experience on various design patterns / frameworks
Ability to provide general technical support to e-commerce business users as required.
Technology certifications are a plus.
Restructuring code; they've been on ATG so long that it's not optimized for current functionality, so they're not able to use new features.
Trying to get backcloser to an off-the-shelf implementation and decrease customizations
Upgrading JBOSS application servers
Moving from physical to virtual hardware
Not interested in SaaS/Cloud (Infosec team is resistant)
Next project(requirements gathering ends in May)
RedesigningAustozone.com as a ReactJS mobile platform
Building a service layer between that front end and the ATG backend.
Need someone that sees the big picture and can make business recommendations, as well as do the technical, hands-on work and mentor the current resources to carry-on after he leaves. Must have experience in 11.2 and know the functionality inside and out. Needs to be prepared to defend solutions and maintain professionalism.
