Position: BPM ARIS Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration : Long term
Description:
Responsible for creating and maintaining process models and ensuring alignment with key components e.g., data, systems, controls, roles. This includes strong collaboration with business process leads, service delivery leads and process support teams e.g., data, IT, controls and process SMEs to define and sustain the process model.
Must Have Skills:
1. ARIS
2. Previous experience in customer client facing position
3. Ability to work in cross functional workgroups
Nice to have skills (Top only)
1. ARIS Solmon integration
Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): BE
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Design and update detailed process flows
2. Work with BPLs, other process SMEs and Service delivery Leads to support build out of process models and other forms of process documentation
3. Establish and maintain process modeling standards within TCCC process model repository
