 H1B COPY IS MANDATORY ALONG WITH DL Copy and Passport No.

1) 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME)  highly experienced in the Required Skills, especially TLS and Fix technologies (6-9 years). In addition to the Fix migration task, the SME responsibility will also include, but not limited to:
a. Responsible for overall project delivery, optimization and ramp-up
b. Main point of contact and responsible for managing the vendor resources
c. Responsible for training-the-trainer and onboarding vendor resources
d. From time-to-time will provide training to Bloomberg staff
e. From time-to-time will write scripts and provide tool coding
f. Must have experience with FIX migration& troubleshooting
g. Will be responsible for prioritizing work load and ticket escalation
h. Responsible for providing weekly status report to Bloomberg
i. Process documentation
j. Root Cause Analysis

Required Skills:
• Familiar with TLS handshake and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with the following tools: OpenSSL, stunnel, Splunk, Wireshark
• Comfortable engaging with client via phone/email
• Familiar with network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Unix &FIX protocol
