POSITION:

 

Position Role                           : Hadoop Administrator

Assignment Location                : Newark, NJ

 

Project Duration                       : 12+ months

 

 

REQUIREMENT:

 

• Sr. Hadoop Administrator (Hadoop engineering – IT Infra Structure)• Hadoop engineering and maintenance and enhance data processing.• Building and Implement new Hadoop infrastructure.• Work on importing/exporting data from/to external data sources.• Experience in file system management.• Manage day-to-day production support of Hadoop infrastructure.• File system and cluster monitoring and troubleshooting.• Ownership and troubleshooting of a system that is the core of our Linux environment• Hadoop Administration with good understanding of Linux Administration• Experience with complete Software Design Lifecycle including design, development, testing and implementation of moderate to advanced complex systems.• Experience in installation, configuration, supporting and managing Hadoop Clusters using Cloudera other compatible solutions • Good understanding and hands on experience of Hadoop Cluster capacity planning, performance tuning, cluster Monitoring, Troubleshooting.• Hands on experience with Design Big Data solutions for traditional enterprise businesses.• Excellent command in creating Backups & Recovery and Disaster recovery procedures and Implementing BACKUP and RECOVERY strategies for off-line and on-line Backups.• Good Experience in Planning, Installing and Configuring Hadoop Cluster in compatible environment• Knowledge of Linux environment , containers & dockers• Understanding of cloud , AWS for infrastructure environment etc
