·         Experience 2-4 years in ServiceNow platform administration and development

·         Experience with creating and managing complex workflows

·         Experience with Javascript

·         Practical experience with implementing and/or maintain ITIL based processes in ServiceNow

·         Experience with ITOM suite;

o   Incident

o   Problem               

o   Change

o   CMDB

·         Experience with creating and publishing workflow based catalog items on Employee Self-Service portal​
