Role: Regional Sales Manager

 

Description. This is a leadership position of great potential within our North America operation, the key objective being to develop, expand and lead a team in delivery year on year growth of around 200% per year over the next 3 years and beyond.

Starting as a player manager (both individual sales contributor and team leader) it is anticipated that this role will develop into being a full time leadership position in 12 to 18 months.

Key Attributes;

·        Evidence of a successful sales career.

·        Evidence of successful sales leadership

·        Knowledge of Oracle Products & Services with an emphasis on ; ERP, HCM, CRM, BI, EPM etc

·        Knowledge and ideally experience of working with Cloud Based applications.

·        An appreciation of or ideally experience of selling in a professional services capacity.

·        An entrepreneurial flair and comfort in working in such an environment.

 

Additional skills:

·        Good communication & analytical skills

·        Must have excellent logical and reasoning skills

·        Evidence of a successful sales career.

·        Evidence of successful sales leadership

·        Knowledge of Oracle Products & Services with an emphasis on ; ERP, HCM, CRM, BI

·        Knowledge and ideally experience of working with Cloud Based applications.

Need to have excellent relationship in Oracle (Ex-Oracle candidates with good experience in application sales and field sales are preferred) OR someone from Oracle partner company.
