This job will require some international travel to Europe – 2 or 3 trips of a week long duration per year. The candidate must have an unrestricted passport to enter the EU and US.
OBIEE Data Warehouse Techno/Functional Analyst
Main Tasks:
· As part of EPM/BI team:
o DWH development of IFS data model, ETL tool is Pentaho.
o OBIEE RPD, reports and dashboards development, main focus for data model will be IFS source system.
o OBIEE end user training responsibility for Houston resources
o Take part in regular operational tasks as rolling over to new reporting month, new year
o Maintenance and incident handling following ITIL procedures
o Diagnose report issues reported through ticket system
· 3-5 years' experience with development and maintenance of OBIEE applications including DWH/ETL.
· 3-5 years' functional experience on ERP systems mainly related to logistics and maintenance area.
Top three skills we would look for in this role would be
- Data warehouse development and support
- OBIEE development and support
- Exposure with using any ERP (not necessarily IFS) as a source for the data warehouse development in prior projects
Note: We are working with Tier-1 vendor requirement.
