Location:: Jersey City, NJ

Experience:8+years

Description:
5+ years development experience with Eagle PACE/ Message Center, Eagle Mart, Eagle ML and Eagle Web Panel
3+ years of working knowledge with Blackrock Aladdin interfaces
Good expertise designing Eagle workflow using IWS
Hands on expertise in developing eagle utility such as uploaders ,exporters
Strong expertise in EAGLE SRM/ARM. Working knowledge on RDC (Reference Data center) is plus
Experience in using STAR SCHEDULE/DATA STEWARD
Good understanding on Financial instruments (Fixed Income/Equities/Derivatives)
Deep expertise in Data modeling
Hands on expertise in using Perl for file processing
5+ years development experience with Oracle PL / SQL, Complex XML, XSLT, Unix shell scripting and Control-M.
Experience in Olap reporting/Star advance reporting is plus
Eagle upgrade experience
Having expertise in Eagle Server Installation/ Configure Parallel Instances is a plus
Good Understanding of Eagle Architecture/Configuration and working of Eagle STAR/PACE engines.
Perform Maintenance activities using Eagle's Purge and Archive Tool.
Handling Production Support/Assist User Queries
Writing Unit/System Test case and its execution
Handling Migration activities
Soft Skills :
• Ability to partner with Business Analyst to interpret functional specifications
• Ability to interpret, challenge and solution data and visualization requirements
• Work with Data Warehouse Team to design data models and processes for data accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment
• Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly
• Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes

• 3+ years expertise (or Functional Knowledge) in Blackrock Aladdin Trade Order Management System functionality and related business processes
• 3+ years working knowledge with Eagle PACE and QlikView applications
• Highly competent with SQL, XML.
• Must possess strong data analysis skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work with large data sets, process flows and reporting flows
• Advance skills in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, Visio)
• Knowledge of various investment management industry software/platforms preferred (Bloomberg, BARRA, Barclays POINT)
• Data / Technical architecture experience• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Soft Skills :
• Ability to partner with various front / middle office teams and development teams to achieve objectives and execute or drive project plan as required
• Demonstrated success with typical Business Analyst deliverables: business requirements, functional specifications, system/workflow diagrams, functional test plans documentation and execution.

• Deep understanding of Blackrock Aladdin data model and calculation methodologies
• Deep experience in building Qlikview applications from Enterprise Datawarehouse (both RDBMS & Hadoop)
• Deep experience in Qlikview data models and load scripts
• Deep expertise in highly interactive and intuitive data visualizations
• Expertise in Qlikview front-end calculations (i.e. aggregations, predictive functions, analytic libraries, etc.)
• Integration expertise with R and Saleforce libraries
• Expertise in nPrinting, Qlikview server and Qlikview pblisher
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL automations
