We are looking for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter who has a positive attitude, eager/willing to learn and follow process, and can work under minimal supervision.


Experience Needed:

2 to 3 years of Solid experience in US IT Bench Marketing

Ideal Candidate should have experience in Marketing All Skill sets Candidates and consultants on bench.

Willing to shoulder new Responsibilities in Bench Sales.

Should have good experience in US Tax Terms.

Highly Developed Customer Relations and Negotiation Skills. Must be a skilled Negotiator, able to build relationships and close deals.

Shuld have strong existing relationship with prime/ Tier 1 vendors to market our Bench candidates.
