We Have an Urgent Position for Solution Lead (BA / Project Manager) @ Glen Allen, VA

 

Title: Solution Lead (BA / Project Manager)

Location: Glen Allen, VA

Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Rate: 55$/hr. on C2C (All inclusive)

 

Minimum 8+ Years of Experience and past experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management or very similar is Needed

 

Below are the job skills the Client requires, with requirement for background & past experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management or very similar is Needed.

 

• Expert in soliciting and capturing requirements and translating them to user stories
• Expert in facilitating ideation and Story Mapping to rally the team around scope and goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills.
• Day to day driver accountable to flush out business requirements for the program
• Works with the Architect to define the program release plan
• Drives the creation of Journey Maps, Experience Maps and other requirements definition methods and deliverables
• Proficient at Story Mapping to visualize and prioritize work
• Worked with Product team to prioritize the feature/stories for Sprint
• Collaborated with onsite/offshore team to delivered the agreed stories for each sprint
• Provided effective communication on project status, risks, and defects with Project owners and stakeholders
• Provided thought leadership on Sprint retrospective meeting and provide mitigation path on challenges faced
• Evolved in Functional analysis process that should be followed for any OmniChannel Strategy Projects
• Mentored Functional Analyst to handle requirements, requirement elicitation, Application Walkthrough, Documentation
• Provided on demand strategic and tactical consulting for the Project
• Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries
• Proactively worked with technical team to implement challenging requirements
• Work collaboratively with business partners and facilitate requirements session to define frameworks for prioritization of features & functions
