SAP HANA Tax IT Functional Analyst

3 years contract (long term)

MUST HAVE:
· Oil & Gas Experience
· Upstream
· SAP HANA
· TAX
Competencies:
Specific experience in SAP S/4 HANA Tax / process area and solid demonstrable Upstream Oil & Gas experience in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Develops "to be" process documents and educates Subject Matter Experts, so they are prepared to work organizational change
- Participate/lead design and build discussions and captures detailed business requirements
- Provide technical expertise to design and construct system solutions
- Develops proposal for security profiles
- Configure the system, scope / spec required customizations, carry out unit test
- Develop specifications for data conversion
- Develop test cases / scenarios to exercise functionality (including system interfaces) and perform systems tests to confirm results; remediate as required
- Helps develop detailed test plans (integration, regression, UAT) for own area/module and facilitates planning/execution
- Develop cutover plan and participate on cutover execution
- Provide warranty support and ensure lessons learned are properly documented
- Reviews training materials and teaches as required
- Helps support the knowledge transfer to the implementation team members and support staff
- Watch for and identify emerging business / technical risks
