Job Title: Peoplesoft BI Publisher Consultant

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

• The company is planning to upgrade the current PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management Solutions (FMS) system to version PeopleSoft 9.2. F

Position Summary

• The senior PeopleSoft developer must have version 9.2 experience in a public sector environment and be considered a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PeopleSoft enterprise development. 

• Successful candidates must have 10 years' experience in similar developer roles. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage respective PeopleSoft development to deployment including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones. Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 development decisions as they related to the client business processes

• Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team. Provide project estimates for changes in business process and / or additional new functionality. Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to development scope

• Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions. Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality. Provide other project related experience as necessary

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10 years' experience with PeopleSoft developer roles

• 2 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 FMS or SCM applications in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)

• 1 PeopleSoft version 9.2 implementation or upgrade project deployed

• 5 years' experience with PeopleSoft Query

• 4 years' experience with BI Publisher development

• 1 years' experience with BI Publisher on PeopleTools 8.54 or higher

• 3 years' combined experience with PeopleCode or Application Engine

• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Desired Skills

• Experience in full lifecycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education)

• Experience with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM and Oracle OBIEE

• Experience with PeopleTools 8.55

• Experience with Fluid User Interface / Branding

• Experience with Fluid Development
