Job Description:

 

Title: Workshop Conductor for Customer requirement gathering sessions
• Experience of working with business users for gathering requirements
• Experience of creating requirement gathering questionnaire, conducting requirement gathering workshop, documenting customer response and analyzing the same
• Excellent business knowledge of Order-to-Cash flow
• Understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain, Subscription and Financial modules in R12
• Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all levels and groups across the organization and provide useful information in a complete, accurate, and understandable manner
• Experience in Onsite/Offshore model will be added advantage

Create artifacts for requirement gathering workshop
• Conduct workshop with business to gather detailed requirements
• During workshop, analyze high level impact to customer business and communicate the same to users to refine requirements
• Work directly with Business Users as an Oracle EBS expert
• Analyze business requirements in detail and perform Fit-Gap analysis
• Analyze and provide solution to issues while setting up
• Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project
