JAVA Developer

Fenton, MO (LOCALS)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

1.            Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems discipline, or related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience. 

2.            Three or more years of experience in IS development/support. 

3.            Proficiency in applicable software development tools, standards, and methodologies including familiarity with Software Quality Assurance tools. 

4.            Strong task planning/management skills. 

5.            Ability to quickly understand industry/ organization-specific issues and flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing business and technical environments. 

6.            Highly effective analytical, decision-making, and written/verbal/ interpersonal communication skills. 

7.            Ability to investigate complex business problems, develop effective recommendations, negotiate and/or present solutions, and resolve problems in a highly professional and tactful manner. 

8.            Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively. 

9.            Ability to access, enter, modify, and retrieve data on a PC. 

10.          Ability to read, write, and speak the English language and compose correspondence. 

11.          Visual acuity sufficient to accurately review and proof information. 

12.          Auditory ability to use a telephone.
