Job Title : Scrum Master with CSM and CSP Certification
Location : Mooresville, NC
Duration : 06+ Months
Description:
Scope of project and work
1. Large Project with Multiple Cross Function Team. 4 Scrum Team based out of Mooresville, NC
2. Sr. Scrum Master who would be responsible for both their own Scrum Team as well as Review how the other 3 Scrum Teams are functioning
3. Experience in JIRA and Confluence would be needed to fix the Overall Progress Reporting Dashboard etc
4. Project is Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Platform and hence any experience on that would be an added PLUS.
Must have Certification
• First level Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM) and Second level Scrum Master Certification (PSM II, CSP)
Responsibilities
• The Sr Scrum Master is responsible for guiding multiple scrum teams as well as scrum masters through the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values for the purpose of delivering quality software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field and 6+ years of IT or related business experience, including 4+ years of experience providing project or team leadership. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 3-4+ years of experience performing the Scrum Master for 2 or more software development teams utilizing SDLC
• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports
