Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) * 1. MS Exchange 2013 Admin 2. migration from Exchange 2010 to 2013 3. Knowledge of VM Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. Good communication skills 2. Good analytical skills Detailed Job Description:

MS Exchange 2013 Admin with experience in migration from Exchange 2010 to 2013. Knowledge of VM, Clusters and AD. Performance tuning, Capacity planning and Environment assessment Desired years of experience*:

4-5 years

Education/ Certifications (Required):

MS Exchange certification

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Exchange 2013 Admin

2. migration from Exchange 2010 to 2013

3. Performance tuning, Capacity planning and Environment assessment Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users?
