Job title: Java lead/ Architect With Micro services

location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: long term contract

 

Job Description:

•        5- 8 years of experience designing and developing secure consumer-facing web applications.

•        BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.

•        Prior experience writing RESTful APIs using Microservices, and middle tier coding in either nodeJS or Java (Spring Boot | Drop Wizard).

•        Some experience in at least a few of the following technologies. The more the better:

o        Spring Framework including, Spring, Spring MVC

o        Web Services: Spring-WS, Jersey, Apache CXF, Axis

o        Databases: Oracle, MySql, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra

o        Distributed Cache: Coherence, Hazelcast

o        Build & CI Tools: Maven, Jenkins, grunt, npm, etc.

o        Application Servers: Tomcat, JBoss, Web Logic, etc.

o        Apache Solr, ElasticSearch, Natural Language Processing libraries (Stanford, apache).

o        Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Spark.

 

•        Knowledge and prior experience with Scrum, Agile Methodology.

•        Test Driven Development and knowledge of mocking frameworks such as EasyMock, Mockito.

•        Strong problem solving and communication skills.

 

Preferred experience:-

•        Healthcare/Dental Insurance domain knowledge.

•        Experience working with API management using WSO2, APIGEE or similar platforms

•        Continuous Delivery with chef/puppet

•        Unix Oracle applications.

•        Security Software.
