Location: Englewood, CO
Duration: Long term
Description:
Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
• Sonus SBC 5200, GSX 9000, PSX and EMS
• Oracle Acme SBC 4500 and Oracle ASC
Details:
• Configuration and understanding of Trunk groups, Signaling groups, Transformation, Call Routing, Gateway-to-Gateway protocol.
• Understanding and configuring Routing
• Configuration backup
• Upgrade/Downgrading Software/Firmware ( LSWU )
• HA setup
• Log capture
• Troubleshooting tips and sanity checks
• Configuration of PSX for routing ( Number based, Trunk based,….)
• Digit manipulation, Translation, Profiles (PSP), IP-Signaling-Profile
• Troubleshooting tips and sanity checks.
Process:
• Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.
• Good understanding on process.
• Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.
• Good understanding on product SLA's and support metrics.
• Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.
• Ability to reason and think logically
• Strong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentation
Desired years of experience : 5+ years
Education/ Certifications (Required) : B. Tech or 4 years graduation degree
