Statement of Work:

FCC environment has about 60 Security devices and 40 Network devices. The security devices include Imperva, Niksun Recorders, Nitro ESM, Check Point firewalls, Juniper Firewalls, Ironkey, Blue Coat Proxy and Netscreen firewalls. Network devices include Cisco switches, routers and Nexus switches. The position requires that the individual be fully capable of working with this infrastructure and provide O&M services to it. This position requires the individual be on site at least 50% of the time at ABL Rocket Center. No exceptions.

 

- Blue Coat Proxy devices knowledge required

- Working with zScalar proxy services required NEEDS TO BE IN RESUME

 

 

Task Description:

 

The position is for two resources that have extensive experience with both Network and Security devices. These devices are part of the FCC infrastructure hosted at IBM ABL Data Center. Work includes providing technical support in maintaining these devices with the latest patch levels, daily Operations and maintenance support, updating configuration to allow for newer changes, be on call for afterhours support, preferable located around ABL data center area as the job requires frequent on site visits (no TA or DA will be paid), be versatile in understanding cabling requirements and cable devices as necessary and support on site vendor visits to assist in troubleshooting

 

Required skills/Level of Experience :

 

All skills below require a minimum of 6 years experience required.

 

- Cisco and Nexus devices knowledge required for Switches, Routers and Firewalls

- NetScreen firewall devices knowledge required

- Cisco and Netscreen enterprise VPN configuration and maintenance skills required

- Blue Coat Proxy devices knowledge required

- Working with zScalar proxy services required

- Imperva devices knowledge required

- Nitro security devices knowledge required

- Ability to interpret Qradar logs information required

- Ability to provide support for Niksun Recorders to assist Security teams to investigate
