Location: Owings Mills MD

Duration: Contract- Dec. 2017

Rate: $40/hr C2C

Job Overview:

• Will report to the VP of Delivery Partner Engagement Group. Team mainly deals with 2 strategic partners: Maintaining relationship, meeting their deliverables, administer contracts, all aspects of vendor management; meeting internal expectations for stakeholders.
• Looking to add a contractor to group to help with defining managed capacity contract- buying services in bulk with service providers in place.
• Resource will help in providing training, developing training materials, working on contract negotiation with partners and stake holders, tracking financials, providing analysis.
• Resource should have 2-3 yrs experience in contract management, business requirements gathering and writing experience is fine too.  MBA background would help, but mainly need to have an understanding of technology in general.
• Not looking for a technical person. Needs someone with more of a business acumen. This is a Business-oriented role, business comm. skills, presentation skills.
• Would be helpful for the resource to have training experience, being comfortable to present data and findings in front of 200+ people.
• Example of Data analysis that resource will deal with: time cards, financials- hours, contract financials. Will access different systems to gather data. Will be analyzing the data in diff ways to provide reporting to executives; Gather data from stake holders or systems.
• Will be using Excel for reports.
• Business analysis/business requirements experience would suffice if no contract management experience.
• Change management, training experience are highly desired
• Duration through Dec. 2017.
• Top 3 skills: training experience, 2-3 years in business environment providing analysis, contract management, experience with outsourcing partners offshore is a big plus, not required., MBA; financial metrics/BBA.
