Title: Business Analyst with Data Mapping

Location: Marlborough, MA

Description:

5 to 8 years of Business/systems analysis experience with at least 3-4 years' experience specifically related to defining Integrations functional design and mapping requirements across multiple projects. 

Exposure to IBM Integration technology stack such as Message Broker, MQ, FTE

Skills and Technologies

•         Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Mapping

•         Knowledgeable with SQL 

•         Able to write pseudo code to specify data transformation needs from source to target.

•         Good understanding of messaging protocols (XML, SOAP, REST)

•         Good understanding of logical data models

•         Good understanding of Integration patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Concepts

•         Leadership skills

•         Proficient in the following industry standard elicitation techniques for Integrations design, including but not limited to, 

Process Flows, Data Flows, Functional and Non-Functional design specifications, Acceptance testing criteria, Event Response, Use Case Scenarios and User Stories.

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•         Excellent presentation skills.

•         Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
