1. Should have design and development experience in Sterling File Gateway (Primary) & Connect Direct (Secondary)
2. Should have sound experience in troubleshooting various components
3. Should have exp in onboarding trading partner
4. Should have worked in communication protocol - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP and AS2
5. Should have onsite –offshore and SDLC work experience
6. Should have good communication skills
