Position :- Siebel Developer/CTI Integrator

 

Location- Alexandria,VA

Phone / In person / Hire (local candidates only)

Duration-6+ months

Job Description :- Our client is seeking a Siebel Developer/CTI Integrator to support and collaborate on their existing contract .

Responsibilities:-

• Describe Primary Duties and Significant Functions:
• Support and Collaberate with Siebel Development Activities
• Program Siebel Email Reponse System
• Develop Siebel CTI Integration with Interactive Intelligence - Contact Information Center solutions
• Troubleshoot Siebel system by evaluating Siebel logs

Required Job Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience programming Siebel Email Response (4-5 years)
• Experience with Siebel CTI Integration (4-5yrs)
• Experience With Siebel Web Services (4-5 yrs)
• Experience with Java Script (4-5 years)
• Experience with Java Famework (4-5 years)

Preferred Job Qualifications:-

• Siebel Siebel Integration with Interactive Intelligence Telephony System
• Installation and Configuration of Interactive Intelligence API for CTI
• Indepth knowledge of Oracle Databases particularly pertaining to the Siebel Schemas
• Siebel Reporting Capabilities
• Managing Custom Attributes presented via Interactive Intelligence

Experience & Training Required:-

• Oracle Certified – CRM Applications
• Siebel 8 Consultant Certified

Experience & Training Preferred:-

• Siebel Open UI Essentials
• Siebel Installation and Systems Administration
• Siebel Business Automation

Siebel 8.1.x Tools
