Sr. Java Developer with Strong AWS Cloud Exp.

Andover ,MA

6 months+

 

Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Big Data-.

 

·         Design and implement highly available systems for ingesting and distributing weather and aviation data

·         Prepare, collaborate on, and review Software Engineering designs and implementations in Scala and Java using functional and OO programming

·         Contribute to and review product requirements and QA test plans

·         Help customer support in identifying and resolving operational issues

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·         At least 5 years of related experience in full cycle software development with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities

·         Experience with software development in Java, including build automation tools such as Maven

·         Experience with non-relational (NoSQL) databases

·         Experience with in-memory data stores and caches

·         Experience with large scale data/distributed systems

·         Experience with multithreading and concurrency
