Position : Sr Data Architect
Location : Fort Worth, TX .. Locals
Duration : 4-6 Months
Description:
In person Interview
True Architect
· Need to be able to provide ground level road map for upcoming project to improve data delivery
· True top down Data Architect, do not want a blending Architect/Developer.
· Is NOT hands on with ETL code or Data Modeling, but should understand how they interact with each other
· Helping to build the road map for EDW for the project, documentation, build standards and processes etc.
This should be a shorter contract, somewhere between 4-6 months. They want a true consultant to come in and provide them a base, and then hand off to other stake holders.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
· Experience building a data architecture road map
· Knowledge of current data management tools and best practice
· Must understand processes and process improvement
· Creative thinker
· Self-starter
· Lotus Notes, Outlook, MS Office, General IT Skills
· Excellent written oral communications skills and the ability to turn technical jargon into something a customer understands
Duties Responsibilities
· Guide Client through development of a 3-5 year data architecture road map
· Work with data architecture team to identify gaps and propose solutions
· Advise on tools which would lead to process improvement
· Document road map, assumptions and recommendations
