Mode of Interview:  Telephonic+ Skype   Need 10+ years of consultant   Description:      Required skills:   Note from hiring manager- "we want someone who is strong with Oracle EBS but specifically with Oracle Financial module, SCM and HCM.   They must have strong experience in all of these but especially Oracle Financial. " Position objective: Provide Technical leadership of Oracle E-Business (ERP) Modules (Finance, Supply Chain and HCM) Essential job responsibilities   Typical work-related activities include: Perform Technical lead duties for projects involving Oracle E-Business Suite Modules (Finance, Supply Chain and HCM) Knowledge of Integration with Third Party Payment system and E-Commerce Systems (like Magento) Communicate effectively and efficiently with ACT staff and clients Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions regarding programs and services.   People Management Responsibilities:  ? Individual Contributor role ? Team Leader (leads team activities, either functional or cross-functional; no official people management responsibilities. ? People Manager (has responsibility for hiring, performance management, work assignments, and compensation planning of assigned staff)  Minimum Qualifications Education:  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems. Excellent knowledge in understanding various Oracle E-Business Suite Modules and their Integrations with various Third party systems.  Experience: 10 years of related experience required.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Analyzing business processes. Thorough understanding of technologies such as; J2EE Application Servers, Workflow Servers, Web development, Oracle products including; RDBMS, Discoverer JAVA, JavaScript, SVN, and Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Forms and Reports developer, Oracle Application Framework, XML Publisher, Integrating Oracle EBS with external Tax software Enterprise integration strategies and technologies. Managing stress effectively. Proficient in relational database design. Supervision and leadership of professional staff in a team environment. Ability to manage time efficiently.
