Position: Genesys CTI/IVR Developer
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 6 month contract
visa : GC EAD, GC, USC only
• Would include Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, CCXML, and java back-end integration
• Would be supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IVR applications within GVP written in Java and Genesys Studio
• Would also include IVR applications in Genesys Composer
• These IVR applications have integrations into backend systems so need to be able to support this integration, most of which are integration through stored procedures and Java web services
• Genesys v8 preferred
• Need excellent analysis and design skills
Genesys Routing Developer
• Would support and enhance Genesys Voice Applications along with some Avaya vectors
• Looking for a seasoned individual that can support and enhance a variety of applications including GAD, Workspace, GVP, WFM, and eServices
• Majority of tasks would include but not be limited to trouble and error support along with maintain and enhancing routing strategies
• Should be fluent/experienced in the use of integration of list objects or transaction list routing
• Genesys v8 preferred
• Need excellent analysis and design skills
