Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description) |
· Build and maintain strong relationships with the strategic partners, BAs and act as a liaison between the business and IS teams; - Ensure quality and timely delivery for all the tasks;
- Improve the business analysis and technical functions through best practices, mentoring, and education;
- Partner with IS Teams/partners and functional teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems;
- Partner with technical teams to understand existing configuration and modifications needed for the delivery of solutions and enhancements;
- Work with diverse business community to document as-is and to-be processes;
- Document clear and testable requirements which describe a system which will be implemented;
- Make and deliver on commitments to customers;
- Work with partners and review their deliverables and ensure they meet all guidelines;
- Provide high level technical solution while working with team and Partners;

Education & special trainings: |
· Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent preferred. · Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred |
Qualifications & experience: |
· Minimum 8 years of professional experience is required - Knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required.
- Experience on JDE E1, v8.0 is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships required.
- Previous experience in a lead role in large ERP implementations or upgrade preferred.
- Experience with IBM Midrange iSeries/AS400 preferred.
- Experience in ERP project implementation is preferred.
