Primary Skill: Experienced as Development Lead and hands on experience as Siebel CRM Techno Functional Lead Strong technical knowledge on Siebel CSW, EAI, CTI, OpenUI & Upgrade  Strong Techno Functional knowledge in Services, Sales ,order management, transport domain Experienced in handling End to End Implementation on the releases and upgrade implementation Having great interaction skills with Product/Functional Owners, people management, Planning experience Having strong experience on Open UI upgrade and to be involved in all activities from upgrade and conflict fixes development, tracking the deliverables, Risks and till deployment Working knowledge in Siebel Advanced configuration, scripting, workflows, Open UI.  Expert in implementing complex workflows functionalities. Should have implemented or lead the Siebel upgrade projects Should have closely worked with the customer and should have a great experience on the deliverables and support to the customer. Should have experience in interacting with Testing team and support the team during deliverables

Essential Skill: Strong technical and Functional knowledge and hands on experience in configuration, Scripting and Workflows Working knowledge in EAI. Should have worked in at least one implementation in Siebel CRM in the above mentioned areas. Excellent customer interaction Good communication skills. Troubleshooting Skills.

Additional Skill: Knowledge in CSW & Open UI, Lead, estimations and effort calculation, People Management

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for all application requirement gathering, design & development activity. Monitor and track the tasks assigned to the Team members Good knowledge on the Agile development methodology Responsibility for meeting project requirements within the agreed to time, cost,   scope and quality constraints outlined in the Project Plan Should build good rapport with customer and other team on the deliverables To be very active in interacting with other vendor teams for the project deliverables. Provide regular Project Status Reports to the Project stakeholders Proactively managing Risk, Issues, Quality and Document management Make sure that the technical requirements are met with a successful signoff and   closure Make sure the Successful Completion of the Engagement Excellent communication skills interacting with team proactively. He should have ability to interact with functional team, dev team, testing team and other teams for the successful deliverables
