Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI : Telephonic followed by Face to Face Need GC,USC, EAD-GC ONLY Responsibilities • Coordination of Quality Assurance offshore / onshore team efforts for the assigned initiative  • Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project  • Working knowledge of Automation tools.  • Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle  • Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated  • Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetings    Requirements  • Post graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience  • 7+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience  • 7+ years of relational database experience  • 3+ years of Automation Tool experience  • Quality Assurance Team Leadership experience  • Experience with Quality Assurance testing tools  • Have worked/led QA in an Agile project  • Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
