Shift: Night Shift (USA Timings)

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Should have 3+ years of strong experience in Bench Sales [H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens] in US IT Consulting Industry
• Should have good understanding of the US Staffing Business, Staffing Sales process
• Should generate market intelligence to identify potential US clients for different technologies and Analytics Staffing requirements using both Research and existing professional Networks
• Proficient in using Job Boards and Social Media to source candidates
• Have knowledge of US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, 1099
• Experience in cold calling and rate negotiation in the B2B domain
• Should have good convincing and closing skills to convert identified leads to contracts.
• Should be results driven and goal oriented
