Specifically, we simplify the process of finding awesome discipleship materials, lesson planning, organizing teachers and volunteers, and presenting your material to the people you lead or teach pushing the gospel to the ends of the earth. Job Purpose: The application continues to push the bounds of the church teaching ministry and we need your passion to continue driving ahead. We are looking for a passionate Aurelia.io/JavaScript stack "expert" developer to assist a team driving the bleeding edge of teaching experiences in the church ministry space with leading edge technologies. You will have the opportunity to innovate and learn new technologies with a team of strong developers while building out strong user experiences that are exceptionally performance on the backend as well as positively influence the lives of, literally, millions upon millions of children's live globally. Requirements: · Very high/expert level experience with the Aurelia.io framework, JavaScript, AWS and AWS microservices. · Good familiarity with MongoDB. · Very good problem solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of sound database principles and data architecture (both relational and NoSQL databases). · Solid knowledge of development standards and best practices. · Good understanding of the Agile Framework and what being a member on a Scrum Team means. · Ability to effectively consult business partners through requirements definition discussions. · Ability to effectively provide good level of effort estimates. · Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak "tech talk" to the level of your audience. |
