Maintain Application Configuration (manual configuration)
Maintain Scheduled Services and Node Queues
Monitor and Track to Resolution all Exception Notifications
Functional/Communication Acknowledgement Tracking and Reconciliation
Integration Services Help Desk Inquiries/Requests (Internal/External)
Administer and Monitor GXS VAN (self-serve web-site)
QA Control Validation
Manage Change Control Process
Manage the Promote to Production Process
SAP IDoc Administration
WebMethod's monitoring
Production Support Documentation
Sox Controls and Audit Support
AS2 Certificates
Knowledge and Experience:
EDI and related technologies, experience in one or more SAP modules.
Must have strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities as well as excellent communication and inter-personal skills. This position requires the ability to work across functions, locations, businesses and countries, at multiple levels. Knowledge of EDISM, Ultra Edit and Exam DiffPro, Powerbroker, Unix, GXS/WebMethods software.
