An additional resource is needed to assist in managing security, vulnerability management and compliance for the server and virtualization infrastructure.  The need for a focused resource in this area has increased since there is a more heightened proactive security and compliance focus with a concentration on the correlation of monitoring and security events.  This position is responsible for providing technical support in the Server Infrastructure Services group as a Windows Server Administrator.  Primary job focus and responsibilities include Windows server patching, Antivirus and security vulnerability management.  Additional areas of support will include Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization  support with a focus on Security.

Applicants are required to have strong communications, leadership & project management skills, customer service focus and be able to work effectively in a team environment.  Relative to technical skills, the applicant is required to have 3-5 years of Windows 2003/2008/2012 server and VMware experience.  Candidates must also have experience with McAfee Antivirus products and patch management tools (ideally vCenter Configuration Manager).  Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and vulnerability management tools is a plus.  Occasional on call and off hours support are required.
