Job Summary:

The IT Project manager (Salesforce/Intranet) will work within the IT organization and is responsible for managing the delivery of projects for these applications.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide project management function across the delivery team Coordinate with IT Program manager on work stream status, issues, risks and milestones Develop and manage project schedule Assist business analysts in requirements definition Collaborate with Client Business, Technology, Service Providers and Partners, Client IT and Business teams to prepare an integrated project plan and execute it on time and budget Project Management of digital applications. Engagement in Client IT PMO processes for ensuring proper principles and communication if needed. Processing of JIRA tickets for application portfolio Facilitate recurring status meetings with Client business, partners, and other vendors. Identify and monitor project risks and communicate those risks on regular basis to project leadership team Gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements Collect meeting notes and project milestones within Client collaborative WIKI space Create project plans as necessary to drive on-time and on-budget execution of projects Document and maintain project artifacts Provide strong and deep project management in various areas across delivery. Own successful project execution that meet scope, timing and cost goals.
