Job Description:-

We need an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to help lead a Scaled Agile Transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in a Financial Applications team. Successful job candidate will:

• Help start up a successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program
• Lead a (SAFe) program as an experienced Release Train Engineer
• Lead Program Increment Big Room Planning Events for a global organization
• Train Scrum Masters and Product owners across multiple Scrum Teams
• Help develop stewardship metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10-20 years of IT experience

• Solid years of Agile Team Participation and Coaching Experience

•Solid experience as a Release Train Engineer

•Project / Release Management experience

• Release Engineering expertise

• Facilitated 3+ SAFe Program Increments
• Knowledge of and experience with Scrum
• Knowledge of and experience with Kanban
• Knowledge of and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0)
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting Processes

DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Certified SAFe Agilist
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
