Role: Sr. Network Voice Engineer

Location: Deerfield, IL

Must Have:

• Expert Knowledge on cisco telepresence management suite, Video Communication Server, Media Control Unit (MCU), Telephony Protocols such as H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.248 (also known as Media Gateway Control (Megaco),

• Knowledge on QoS Configuration and administration

• Handling L3 Escalated tickets on IP Telephony environment

• Experience in Layer 2 Switching and PSTN Signaling

JD:

• Experienced in managing telepresence / VCON of an enterprise impacting 5000+ users

• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets

• Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes

• Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning

• Technical Team (5-10 members) & Vendor Management

• Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)

• Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure
