· CSEC's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) recently implemented and turned up applications for end users, internal and external to the agency. During this crucial phase of application turn-up, CSEC lost its Salesforce Administrator. To ensure end user adoption and longevity of the applications, CSEC seeks an effective Salesforce Administrator and Developer to:
- implement enhancements to its existing Salesforce applications for Project/Contract Management (PCM)
and 9-1-1 Grant Management and Financial Reporting Systems (GMS & FRS), specifically:
- minor application development;
- application maintenance;
- develop reports and dashboards;
- fine tune existing workflows or create new workflows;
- create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configurations, controls, and training materials as the applications evolve; and
o assist business users in implementing changes for enhancement releases including:
- testing to ensure completeness and accuracy,
- working with the business teams to assist end users in accepting new functions, and
- deploying the new enhancements.
- perform day-to-day administrative and technical activities to support users of PCM, GMS & FRS; and
- train CSEC staff to take over day-to-day administrative and technical activities by the end of the contract term.
The position will require some application subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to enhance and support PCM, GMS & FRS for business users and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
