We are seeking an IT professional with 8+ years experience in business process analysis to support an Enterprise-wide Asset Management strategy, development and deployment. The project will be starting within the next few weeks,

We are seeking technical and business professionals with advanced leadership skills to join our tight-knit team in our headquarters located in Bowie MD. This is an opportunity to work with fellow best-in-class IT professionals to deploy new Business Solutions utilizing the latest technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, CA and BMC.
This position requires strong business analysis skills plus an instinctive, problem-solving mentality. Working in an Agile environment, we are engaged in construction of new solutions and continuous optimization of our current products. We promote an upbeat and effective team environment within the fast-growing IT Healthcare Informatics industry.
Duties · Provide Business Analysis support for the ongoing development and deployment of IT infrastructure and asset management applications including BMC Remedy, Clarity PPM, and Flexera Enterprise Asset Management Software. · Business writing - Develop and maintain technical communications, namely process flows, requirements documents, standard operating procedures, and application guides to enable successful application deployments · Assisting to drive acceptance of Technology strategy as organizing framework for Technology Management, particularly Technology Leadership Team, and Technology Associates · Perform business process analysis for new Asset Management system deployment · Document Work flows · Work with user community to document and publish requirements · Communicate Technology messages to team and user base
Requirements · 8+ years experience in business process analysis · Excellent oral and written communications with the ability to convey information and answer detailed questions clearly · Ability to convert Information Technology theory into real-work practice · Strong listening ability, applicant will be able to observe, listen, and interpret correctly at all levels · A basic understanding of Information Technology infrastructure and the core platforms and tools that support business activities · Ability to present / interact crisply and fluently with Executive Management · Strong skills in Msoft Powerpoint, Office, and Project · Ability to work across functional and technical boundaries with ease · Project Management experience would be beneficial · Knowledge of BMC Remedy, Clarity PPM, or Flexera Tools would be a plus · ITIL experience and certification would be a plus · Asset Management certifications such as CTAM, CPAM, and CAAM would be very beneficial · A bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (Business, Technology, Communications) from an accredited college or university.
