Role – Senior SAP PP/QM Lead

Duration is 3 months (onsite and remote)

Location: Sacramento, CA and Irvine, CA

Expenses: Paid

 

Job description:

 

·         MUST - Experience in Discrete Industry, Mill Products, SAP DIMP and Variant Configuration

Knowledge of the S/4 HANA Fiori / UI5 applications

 

Experience:

 

·         10+yrs Years of SAP PP/QM & 2-3 year of Domain Experience

·         Minimum of 3 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 implementation on SAP PP/QM preferably in a lead role

·         5 years of Onsite Lead experience as Single Point of Contact for functional and business process decisions

 

Skills Required

·         Expertise in SAP Production Planning – Discrete Manufacturing, Production Order Process, Planning Process – MRP, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), MPS

·         PP/QM Configuration, Baseline Configuration

·         Repetitive Manufacturing – Backflush, Product Cost collector

·         Capacity Levelling

·         Shop Floor Control

·         Handling Unit Management in production (Packing of Inbound & Outbound delivery),

·         SAP QM – Master data, inspection plan, calibration inspection, Quality certificate, Quality Notification, Control charts, Sample Management

·         Data Migration, Batch Jobs, Mass processing/SAP Query, RICEFW

·         Integration with other modules FI, CO, SD, MM

·         Demonstrated ability to work across organizational regional and global boundaries, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment

·         Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Adapt and understand customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing

·         Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff Strategic Application of Information Systems and business analysis.

·         Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university
