Primary Skills:            IBM BPM, Java/J2EE and SOA

 

Job Description:

 

v  Hands on experience in IBM BPM

v  Good knowledge of Java/J2EE and SOA.

v  Should have ability to define the solution architecture looking at the overall requirements of program.  

v  Should have ability to design the solution from the requirements.

v  Should have ability to lead the technical discussions with client and with the team.

v  Should have good analytical, problem solving, communication and comprehension skills

v  Exposure to agile would be preferred.
