JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Job Title	QA Lead
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	6-8 years
Technical/Functional Skills	• Agile test experience is preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience as Lead • Experience in end to end Testing Life Cycle • Experience in creating test plan, traceability matrix, creating Test cases, test case execution, preparing execution reports and summary report. • Hands on experience on HP QC/ALM • Planning resources for various activities • Must be familiar with SharePoint, Agile, Scrum
Experience Required	6-8 years
Roles & Responsibilities	· Working from a documented test plan, will design scripts, conduct and participate in walkthroughs of Application tests. Conducts unit, system, integration, regression, non-functional, and stress tests. · Must be familiar with SharePoint, Agile, Scrum. · Must be able to create a test plan · Must be able to do resource planning
Generic Managerial Skills	· Good communication skill with strong client relationship management skills · Proactive and Innovative. Good analytical skills. Should be able to evaluate a situation and take right decisions. Should be able to own the activities and drive for completion. · Capabilities to host meetings. Capability of handling multiple projects, multiple stakeholders. Conflict resolution.
