Contract Position: PeopleSoft T&L and Payroll - Business Analyst

Duration: 7+ months

Location: Minneapolis

Interview: Phone+Skype

End Client: State Client of MN

 

DUTIES

·         Act as functional lead in T&L and Payroll for a PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L and Payroll Phase II project.

·         Perform fit-gap analysis between current PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L and payroll system and requirements submitted by the business,

·         Produce functional design specs for customizations, interfaces, reports, data conversion and workflow for T&L and payroll changes.

·         Produce test scripts required to adequately test changes to be implemented to the system.

·         Perform unit testing on any configuration changes.

·         Perform system testing on configuration changes and customizations,

·         Troubleshoot system defects and resolve issues.

·         Provide functional support during go-live implementation.

·         Provide completed documentation for all changes to the system

·         Provide knowledge transfer for subject matter experts
