Preferred Experience between 2 to 4 years (Excellent Communication Skill is MANDATORY)

 

Required Skills:

 

·           Excellent understanding of IT skills.

·           Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).

·          Must have experience working on DICE, MONSTER, TECHFETCH. (Job Portals)

·         End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.

·         Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.

·         Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
