Storage Admin

We have a Storage admin requirement at Wyndham Vacation ownership, Please see the detailed JD below and let me know if you are interested.
Minimum 6 to 7 years of diverse storage environment with strong understanding of EMC VMAX and VNX and Brocade storage products. Experience supporting EMC Isilon and XtremIO, Hitachi, HP (EVA, 3Par) storage and/or Cisco switches are required. Experience on NetApp, including Clustered ONTAP, Data ONTAP 7-Mode, and Snapshot features is a plus.
• Must have detailed knowledge of RAID, SCSI, SAN, and NAS. Experience with iSCSI is a plus.
• Experience with storage virtualization and storage efficiency.
• Strong customer service and communications skills (written and oral) are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Must have the ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Must know basic IP security structures regarding disk storage.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Systems management and administration with an in-depth understanding of operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Solaris, Unix/Linux.
• Extensive knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies is required.
• Strong storage problem isolation and resolutions skills required.
• Must have the ability to lead and direct vendors to assist them in their efforts.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a requirement.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
• Understand how to work with technical and non-technical leaders in a professional setting.
• Has experience with documentation and feels comfortable using and working with MS Office and Visio tools suite.
• Team player and feels comfortable mentoring peers.
• Can work in a high paced environment and feels comfortable presenting solutions to problems.
• Has worked in an environment with multiple filers and/or arrays, in production, development and staging arenas.
• Industry recognized certification in storage / backup technology(s) is a plus.
• Experience with replication and backup technologies a plus.
• Experience with storage monitoring tools such as NetApp SANScreen/OnCommand Insight is a plus.
• Must have expertise on EMC Storage Clariion/VNX,Celerra, Isilon, Symmetrix DMX, VMAX
• Industry knowledge on Big Data technologies (GreenPlum DB, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
• Industry knowledge on cloud APIs, i.e AWS, Azure, vSphere/vCloud, OpenStack
• Solid Leadership skills, proven operational excellence and client delivery management
• Proven success in scaling a customer/Technical support organization in a high-growth, geographically dispersed environment.
• Proven success in translating business strategies into executable plans
• Previous experience in managing and developing managers.
• Experience in effectively leveraging Technical systems, storage and Network knowledge bases, and online self-help tools in an overall support strategy.
• Experience on Open source tools technology
• Experience and knowledge on EMC Product, Technology and tools
• Knowledge of internet, networking, security and internet technologies. Predictive Enterprise ( Predictive Analytics Operational Intelligence)
