The developer will work as part of a team that builds and integrates enterprise scale, highly interactive mobile applications, and web services.
The role will be to develop mobile web applications that run on iPad and other tablet devices, enhancing and modifying as necessary to ensure coding best practices, best performance, and an outstanding user-experience. This person must have a great understanding of end to end project development lifecycle and should be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
Position Requirements
• Proficient with mobile and web programming languages: Sencha Touch, JavaScript, CSS3
• JQuery, ExtJS, MVC framework, JSON experiences
• SQLite programming skill is a must
• Phonegap/Cordova, HTML5/CSS experience is a plus
• Understanding of Object-Oriented techniques, design patterns, and software integration
• Eagerness to build great applications and attack hard problems in creative ways
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills, technologies, and techniques
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement high-quality code in a timely manner
• Ability to work well as part of a small, highly focused development team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Education:
Ideal candidate should have a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years proven experience successfully working as a software engineer or web developer in diverse environments.
