3. PTF installation and management
4. Disk management
5. User Management
6. Security and user authority administration
7. Performance monitoring & tuning
8. RBO job scheduling, trouble shooting, work management
9. Performing Option 21, IPL & LPAR management
10. Problem determination and solution
11. BRMS Management
12. Turnover
13. Client Access & Rumba installation, configuration and maintenance
14. Documentation & Ticket Handling
15. JDE system administration ( User id creation/Access grant/ SOD Violation Check)
16. ITIL Training/Certification(Preferred)
    Managing offshore team, third Party vendor coordination
