Oracle ERP Support Coordinator

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (11i)

• Manage off-shore support team of 10+ members to provide Oracle ERP global support for Juniper Network users.

• Work with user community to implement enhancements in Oracle ERP environments.

• Ability to define and implement a world-class global support model and processes to improve productivities, qualities, timeline, and user satisfaction.

• Technical and functional knowledge of setups, process mapping, and multiple system interfaces with other applications.

• Overall understanding of the functional configuration and use of each supported system in order to accurately triage cases and route them to the appropriate resource for resolution.

• Provide operational support for Key issues

• Ability to effectively analyze processes and quickly understand existing customizations

• Understanding of PTP, OTC, RTR business processes

• Understanding cross-system and cross-module impact.

• 80% functional and 20% technical with technical ability to analyze the data flow and having knowledge of table names

GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CM, OM, Sabrix, Markview, EDI
